Freelance programme management

We offer a full management service for heritage or arts projects. Only one project of this type is undertaken at any one time to ensure that the highest standards of service are delivered.

Our programme management service includes:

  • Financial management 
  • Volunteer/steering group recruitment as required
  • Research - delivery and management
  • Production of appropriate interpretative output e.g. text, exhibition materials, publiciations

Consultancy and Organisational and Professional Development 

We offer a fully bespoke consultancy service including; service/departmental eveluation and review, strategic planning and business development. Projects of all sizes are undertaken - both in-house and externally funded.

Our key professional development programmes - Reflection, Review and Re-invention © and Professional Gardening © are suitable for staff in all sectors and at all levels - and volunteers.
